Ruth Helen Yopp

Ruth Helen Yopp, Ph.D., Professor of Elementary and Bilingual Education at California State University, Fullerton, has co-authored several books, has numerous publications in professional journals, and was inducted into the California Reading Hall of Fame in 2000 in recognition of her contributions to literacy.
