Loretta Donovan

Loretta Donovan, Ph.D., has been formally involved in educational technology since earning her doctorate from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Loretta has worked as a K-12 teacher, teacher educator, and technology specialist, and is now faculty at California State University Fullerton. She regularly presents at national conferences and consults with school districts and departments of education on planning, implementing, and promoting technology initiatives. Dr. Donovan is published in journals such as Journal of Research on Technology in Education.
