Marilyn Alexander is a highly regarded consultant advising senior executives on brand strategy, business planning, communications, and organizational development. She graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Georgetown University and holds an M.B.A. from the Wharton School. A licensed CPA in Virginia, she serves on the boards of DCT Industrial Trust, Tutor Perini Corporation, and Torchmark Corporation, where she holds key committee roles.

Previously, Alexander was a managing consultant at Towers Perrin, VP of financial planning at Marriott, and held several senior roles at Disney, including SVP and CFO of the Disneyland Resort. Her leadership contributed to significant revenue and income growth. Alexander is also active in academia, serving on boards at Chapman University and Brandman University.

Anne Boynton-Trigg

Print and Digital Publishing advisor

Anne Boynton-Trigg brings 45 years’ experience in all aspects of educational print and digital publishing.

From her start in higher ed publishing at Harcourt Brace Jovanovich to her position before retirement of VP Export Sales & Marketing at Scholastic Inc., Anne has worked in editorial, sales, marketing, operations, and general management. 

With deep experience in the US pre-K-16 market, including state adoptions, and virtually all non-English based international education and trade markets in the Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia, the Caribbean, and Latin America, Anne has an unusually broad perspective on opportunities for various print and digital products.

Her knowledge of product development, operational, and financial challenges as well as sales and market channels provides a viewpoint that encompasses many possibilities.

Anne is graduate of Barnard College and currently serves as a literacy volunteer.

Mr. Greer is an expert in international logistics, supply chain management, and technology with over 35 years of experience. He is an Operating Partner at Welsh Carson Anderson & Stowe, focusing on supply chain technology investments. Previously, he was CEO of Omnitracs, LLC, and President of BNSF Logistics, LLC. He also led Greatwide Logistics Services and Newgistics, Inc., and held senior roles at Ryder and FedEx. Mr. Greer holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Utah and an Executive Masters in Information Systems & Telecommunications from Christian Brothers University. He also served as a director of DCT Industrial Trust from 2010 to 2018.

Leanna Landsmann

Leanna Landsmann is a nationally recognized education writer and editor who writes the weekly column "A+ Advice for Parents", appearing in newspapers nationwide. She chairs the board of GreatSchools, a nonprofit supporting parents in education.

Landsmann graduated from St. Lawrence University and began her career teaching English in West Africa and kindergarten in New York State. She transitioned to educational publishing at Harcourt Brace Jovanovich, serving as editor and publisher of Instructor, director of Harcourt Brace Children’s Books, and eventually president of Instructor Publications. She founded her firm, Leanna Landsmann Inc., to help major organizations publish instructional materials.

As president of TIME Magazine For Kids, she launched and grew it into the fastest-growing classroom publication. Inducted into the EdPress Hall of Fame in 1999, Landsmann received TIME's Henry Luce Leadership Award in 2000. She has served on Presidential education commissions and remains active in writing and speaking on education.

She holds a Business Administration degree with concentrations in marketing and accounting from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo. Julie served as Senior Vice President of Innovation & Technology at Irvine Company, where she oversaw technology operations, security, and digital marketing. Her prior role as a partner at Accenture involved leading global transformations across various industries. Julie is also active in non-profits like Girl Scouts of Orange County and OneOC, and supports STEM education initiatives for K-12 students.
