Nicole Downer

Nicole Downer is currently is working within the Professional Learning Division at Teacher Created Materials. Prior to her current role, Nicole worked as a school principal where she was responsible for creating and maintaining a positive school climate, collaborating with site and district leadership, and reviewing academic and behavioral data. Her other educational roles as an assistant principal and literacy intervention specialist/coach further underscore her commitment to educational advancement. Nicole also has experience working as an elementary classroom teacher. Her areas of expertise include literacy, writing, math, differentiation, intervention, social-emotional learning, PLCs, and English language development. Nicole attained her Bachelor of Arts in liberal arts and sciences from California State University, San Marcos, followed by the achievement of a Master of Arts in education administration from Azusa Pacific University. Alongside these academic accomplishments, Nicole possesses a variety of credentials in both education and education administration. These credentials exemplify her dedication to continuous learning and professional growth.
